Former Berkeley Preparatory School standout Andrew Jergins contributed to the Georgetown Hoyas’ 6-5 victory Friday, March 13, when they played the NCAA Division I baseball game against the William & Mary Tribe at 3 p.m.

The matchup, held at Capital One Park, marked the teams’ first meeting this season.

Jergins pitched 1.2 innings, recording a walk and a strikeout.

Georgetown is set to face William & Mary again on Saturday, March 14, at 2 p.m. at Capital One Park.
