Former Sickles High School standout Kyle Timko and the Maryville Scots fell 5-0 to the Piedmont Lions in an NCAA Division III baseball game at 6 p.m. Friday, March 13.

Scotland Yard was the setting for this season’s first meeting between the teams.

Timko pitched seven innings, giving up five earned runs with two walks and four strikeouts.

The Scots’ next contest is set for Saturday, March 14, at 2 p.m. at Scotland Yard against the Piedmont Lions.
