The South Florida men’s golf team will take part in the Wyoming Cowboy Classic at AK Chin Southern Dunes in Maricopa, Arizona, starting March 31 and concluding April 1. The event features two rounds on the first day with a total of 36 holes, followed by an additional round of 18 holes on the second day.
This tournament brings together a field of 25 teams from across the country. Among those competing are Cal State Northridge University, University of Wyoming, Utah Valley University, Grand Canyon University, Wichita State University, UT Arlington University, Fresno State University, and several others including USC and UNLV.
Representing South Florida will be Wilhelm Ryding, Jackson Spybey, Gunnar Green, Nino Palmquist, and Joshua Stewart. The Bulls recently finished fourth out of eighteen teams at the Linger Longer Invitational held March 20-22.

The USF men’s golf program has achieved notable success over recent years. It has captured nineteen conference titles and produced nineteen All-America honorees. Under head coach Steve Bradley—who has earned American Athletic Conference Coach of the Year honors five times since taking over in 2014—the Bulls have won twenty-five tournaments including three so far during the current season. They have also made nine consecutive NCAA Regional appearances from 2013 to 2022 and secured a sixth-place finish at NCAA Championship match-play in 2015.
