On Dec. 31, Nirmla Motwani (by representative) and Raj Gopal Motwani (deceased) sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 4823 Longwater Way, Town 'N.' Country to Alaina Juliette and Nirmla Gdn Motwani for $760,000.

The last time this home sold was June 7, 2018. It last sold for $645,000.

So far in December 2020, nine properties sold in Town 'n' Country.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Raj G. Motwani (45) has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
