On Sept. 30, Robert J. and Veronica M. Casteleiro sold their three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property at 6958 Towne Lake Road 1, Progress Village to Zillow Homes Property (trust) for $248,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,102.58, 0.84% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold for $130,554 on Sept. 5, 2013.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Progress Village as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Veronica Michelle Casteleiro has been registered to vote since 2006. Robert Jeremy Casteleiro has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
