On July 30, Alexander and Natasha Khoyi purchased a five bedroom, five bathroom home at 19707 Wellington Manor Blvd., Lutz from Gina Laura Beazley (trust) and Laura Beazley Gina (living trust) for $939,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 25, 2010. It last sold for $603,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Lutz in July 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gina Laura Beazley has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 19707 Wellington Manor Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gina Laura Beazley, 46, and Kevin Douglas Cameron, 43.
