The property tax paid for this property in 2018 was $2,460.55. This is 0.82% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $190,000 on May 16, 2019.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Ruskin as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Maranda Markee Lloyd has been registered to vote since 2015. Carl Michael Lloyd has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
