This home last sold for $273,000 on Oct. 5, 2015.

So far in July 2021, eight properties sold in Greater Carrollwood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Brett M. Nehls has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 12104 Cypress Hollow Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jennifer Marie Blott, 41, and Brett M. Nehls, 36.
