On July 28, Marinalva and Michael Lawrence Ternes purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 2801 W. Broad St., Egypt Lake-Leto from Kyle Parker and Joshua Petti for $365,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,331.14, 1.19% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $254,000 on Oct. 2, 2017.

So far in July 2021, five properties sold in Egypt Lake-Leto.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Joshua Aaron Petti has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2801 W. Broad St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Karolina Ivette Loaiza, 41, and Joshua Aaron Petti, 28.
