The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 911 Chipaway Drive, Apollo Beach was sold on July 28 by James Keith Cooksey Jr. and Laura Cooksey for $575,000. The buyers were Andrew Prosser and Joseph Smith-Prosser.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,785.73, 0.66% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $253,600 on Sept. 12, 2011.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Apollo Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, James Keith Cooksey has been registered to vote since 2012. Laura Anne Cooksey has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 911 Chipaway Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: James Patrick Steven Greene, 20, James Keith Cooksey, 57, Laura Anne Cooksey, 53, and Barbara Kay Sikora, 83.
