On July 27, Katherine Olivares purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 12813 Millridge Forest St., Greater Carrollwood from Alfredo Olivares and Martha Pena for $290,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,504.67, 0.52% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $200,000 on Dec. 9, 2005.

So far in July 2021, eight properties sold in Greater Carrollwood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alfredo Olivares has been registered to vote since 2008. Martha Pena has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 12813 Millridge Forest St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kareline Olivares, 25, Alfredo Olivares, 49, Iris Saturnina Olivares Lemos, 42, and Martha Pena, 53.
