The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,414.11, 0.8% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $184,000 on Aug. 29, 2013.

So far in July 2021, eight properties sold in Greater Carrollwood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Thomas James English has been registered to vote since 1999. Violet Theresa English has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
