The property tax paid for this property in 2018 was $6,086.25. This is 1.2% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on March 24, 2017 for $390,000.

So far in July 2021, eight properties sold in Greater Carrollwood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Katherine Sweeney has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 14520 Thornfield Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Timothy Michael Sweeney, 79, and Katherine Sweeney, 78.
