The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,520.52, 1.44% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 6, 2006. It last sold for $215,500.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Ruskin as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 1057 Brenton Leaf Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carmen M. Ortiz, 33, Eugenio Ortiz Gonzalez, 95, Sonia Lee Ortiz, 31, and Megan Rivera, 22.
