This property is the only sale in Wimauma so far in July 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 5030 Ruby Flats Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jon Adrian Boyette, 53, Michael W. Rodgers, 61, and Michele Anne Allen, 67.
