On July 21, RBC Retired By Choice LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 9508 Newdale Way 202, Progress Village from Sonal Investment Nv Ltd. for $110,000.

So far in July 2021, three properties sold in Progress Village.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 9508 Newdale Way 202 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Julio Epifanio Rios-Velez, 66, and Sandra Renee Green, 43.
