On July 21, Dimas A. Alvarez purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6402 Mesa Court, Town 'N.' Country from Rafael and Vilmary Solano Torres for $275,000.

This home last sold for $123,600 on June 11, 2014.

So far in July 2021, 12 properties sold in Town 'n' Country.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Vilmary Torres has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6402 Mesa Court, Town 'N.' Country as of Oct. 10, 2020: Vilmary Torres, 51, and Marcelino Arroyo, 54.
