On July 21, Laurel Elizabeth Arsenault (trustee), Travis Lloyd Arsenault (trustee) and And Laurel Arsenault Revocalbe Travis (living trust) purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 12905 Big Sur Drive, Citrus Park from Bolsa Family Trust and Victor Bolsa (trustee) for $421,900.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $2,689.40, which is 0.64% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 4, 2003 for $189,900.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Citrus Park as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mariano Bolsa, 95, was the only registered voter residing at 12905 Big Sur Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
