On July 21, Shanthi Rangarajan and Rangarajan Yamunachari sold their four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 12019 Deacons Croft Lane, Westchase to Zillow Homes Property (trust) for $403,637.

This home last sold for $230,000 on March 3, 2005.

So far in July 2021, four properties sold in Westchase.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Shanthi Rangarajan has been registered to vote since 2012. Rangarajan Yamunachari has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 12019 Deacons Croft Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shanthi Rangarajan, 51, Madhumitha Rangarajan, 28, and Rangarajan Yamunachari, 60.
