In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $10,086.46, which is 1.47% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 24, 2014 for $540,000.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Westchase as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Tycene Nicole Fritcher has been registered to vote since 1995. Christopher Lee Fritcher has been registered to vote since 2000.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10302 Greenhedges Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Deric Jason Schmid, 42, Tycene Nicole Fritcher, 44, and Christopher Lee Fritcher, 44.
