On May 28, Adam Lowry Rifenberick and Harold John and Sara Lynn Rubinstein sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 11723 Nicklaus Circle, Greater Carrollwood to Oneill Stephanie Ann Kolloff and Casey Oneill for $505,000.

The last time this home sold was April 28, 2017. It last sold for $353,000.

So far in May 2021, five properties sold in Greater Carrollwood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sara Lynn Rubinstein has been registered to vote since 2014. Adam Lowry Rifenberick has been registered to vote since 2014.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
