This home last sold for $175,000 on Oct. 18, 2013.

So far in May 2021, four properties sold in Ruskin.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Franklin Kenneth Carlisle (58) has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
