On May 27, Alexis Arias and Silva Anisbel Hornia sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 12512 Palomino Court, Westchase to Anna Marie and Dorothy Lynn and James Donald Williamson for $500,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,993.75, 0.8% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 18, 2015 for $295,000.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Westchase as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Alexis Arias has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 12512 Palomino Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anisbel Hornia Silva, 37, and Alexis Arias, 57.
