On May 27, Carmen Edith Cardona and Jose Armando Gamero purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 10311 Blue Bell Place, Greater Carrollwood from Arthur M Diaz for $167,500.

This home last sold on May 30, 2013 for $54,255.

So far in May 2021, five properties sold in Greater Carrollwood.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Sharil Colwell, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 10311 Blue Bell Place as of Oct. 10, 2020.
