On May 25, Michael and Yuri Wilda purchased a five bedroom, three bathroom home at 4208 Fishermans Pier Court, Cheval from Anthony P. and Ashley B. Jones for $460,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,804.63, 1.04% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $259,500 on July 22, 2004.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Cheval as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Anthony Palonis Jones has been registered to vote since 1992. Ashley B. Jones has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
