On May 25, Mondragon Renovations Corp. sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 12708 N. Oakleaf Ave., Lake Magdalene to Haley A. Holloway and Cameron L. Melcher for $349,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 6, 1993. It last sold for $65,000.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Lake Magdalene as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lorrillie S. Thomas, 65, was the only registered voter residing at 12708 N. Oakleaf Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
