On May 25, Monesha Gupta and Sanjay Malhotra sold their five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 9906 Chris Craft Court, Town 'N.' Country to Lauren Lyn Billings and Douglas Odet Burack for $1,000,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $13,252.21, 1.33% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was July 30, 1992. It last sold for $114,000.

So far in May 2021, five properties sold in Town 'n' Country.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Monesha Gupta has been registered to vote since 2016. Sanjay Malhotra has been registered to vote since 2016.
