On May 20, Jeffrey and Morgan Zawada purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 20611 Longleaf Pine Ave., Pebble Creek from Grisel Jeanette Mirra and Robert Joseph Mirra Jr. for $500,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $7,594.52, 1.52% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 27, 2016 for $410,000.

So far in May 2021, two properties sold in Pebble Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Grisel Jeanette Mirra has been registered to vote since 2016. Robert J. Mirra has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 20611 Longleaf Pine Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Grisel Jeanette Mirra, 40, Robert J. Mirra, 45, and Catherine Jeanne D. Amico, 47.
