On April 30, Roy Dilevsky purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 11927 Timberhill Drive, Riverview from Michael J. and Victoria A. Furey for $410,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 18, 1998 for $157,300.

So far in April 2021, five properties sold in Riverview.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 11927 Timberhill Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Karen Lisa Dickinson, 54, and John Joseph Penrod, 50.
