The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,909.98, 0.81% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 16, 2014 for $155,000.

So far in April 2021, two properties sold in Greater Sun Center.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jerry Lynn Woodward has been registered to vote since 1993.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 917 Villeroy Greens Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jerry Lynn Woodward, 81, and Caroline Marie Nensewitz, 87.
