On Jan. 31, James and Joan Lykins purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 4923 Sapphire Sound Drive, Wimauma from Dennis M. and Nancy L. Sheridan for $405,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $6,011.01, 1.48% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $387,900 on June 15, 2015.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Wimauma as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dennis Michael Sheridan has been registered to vote since 2015. Nancy Lee Sheridan has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
