The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 12301 Glenfield Ave., Westchase was sold on Jan. 31 by Atila and Elenice Noronha for $396,000. The buyers were Nikhil Galhotra and Richa Gupta.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,923.73, 1.24% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $329,000 on April 28, 2017.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Westchase as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Elenice Silva Noronha has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 12301 Glenfield Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elenice Silva Noronha, 50, and Michael Edwin Garzone, 25.
