On Jan. 28, Debbie Lynda Sullivan purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 9712 Forestdale Court, Riverview from Tiffney Cook and Raul Guerra for $170,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,692.67, 1.58% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 15, 2017. It last sold for $125,000.

So far in January 2021, two properties sold in Riverview.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Raul Guerra has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 9712 Forestdale Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christopher Jesus Aguilar, 26, and Raul Guerra, 41.
