On Jan. 27, Chase David Ezzell purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 9322 Lake Chase Island Way, Westchase from Barry A. and Kelly A. Yellets for $183,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $669.70, 0.37% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $140,000 on June 22, 2017.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Westchase as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kelly Ann Yellets has been registered to vote since 2005. Barry Allen Yellets has been registered to vote since 2005.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
