On Jan. 27, Fernandez Orlando Arturo Martin and Alejandra Quintero purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7115 Hollowell Drive, Town 'N.' Country from Vazquez Israel Carrasco for $342,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,246.59, 0.95% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 19, 2014 for $180,000.

So far in January 2021, four properties sold in Town 'n' Country.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7115 Hollowell Drive, Town 'N.' Country as of Oct. 10, 2020: Israel Carrasco Vazquez, 41, and Darlenys Acosta Vera, 34.
