On Jan. 27, Daniel L. and Larry Chad Burton and Diana Love purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6905 Dimarco Road, Town 'N.' Country from 6905 Dimarco Road Land Trust and Thuy Melinda Mang (trustee) for $212,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,630.63, 1.24% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 10, 2017. It last sold for $157,000.

So far in January 2021, four properties sold in Town 'n' Country.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Taveona Synquess Dozier, 28, was the only registered voter residing at 6905 Dimarco Road, Town 'N.' Country as of Oct. 10, 2020.
