This home last sold for $331,000 on Feb. 26, 2007.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Westchase as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Melissa M. Bastian has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 10604 Kidbrooke Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Manuel O. Obordo, 51, and Melissa M. Bastian, 55.
