The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 8305 Croton Ave., Progress Village was sold on Jan. 26 by Ronald Hollins (trust) and The 8305 Croton Ave Land Trust for $165,000. The buyer was Divvy Homes Warehouse a LLC.

This home last sold on April 10, 2012 for $22,500.

This property is the only sale in Progress Village so far in January 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 8305 Croton Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brittany Nicole Wright, 35, and Calea Murry, 21.
