On Jan. 25, John Michael and Robert Anthony Comm Margotta sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 6919 N. Clearview Ave., Egypt Lake-Leto to Collazo Jannier De La Rosa for $200,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 27, 1983 for $30,900.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Egypt Lake-Leto as of this publication.
