This home last sold on Sept. 6, 2016 for $225,000.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Citrus Park as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Keri Lyn Davis has been registered to vote since 2008. Benjamin D. Dessing has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
