The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $5,487.27, 1.0% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $425,000 on Oct. 26, 2005.

So far in January 2021, this is the only property that sold in Westchase as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kevin Frank Kelley, 66, was the only registered voter residing at 12305 Seabrook Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
