On Oct. 29, Pinellas Equities LLC purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom property at 13911 N. 15th St. 1,2, University from Patrick A. Hampton and Thomas J. Hampton Sr. for $350,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,428.52, 0.69% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold on Feb. 23, 2006 for $270,000.

So far in October 2021, 20 properties sold in University.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Gail Lavern Littles, 68, was the only registered voter residing at 13911 N. 15th St. 1,2 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
