On Oct. 29, Patricia O Buck purchased a seven bedroom, four bathroom property at 19211 Crescent Road 1,2, Keystone from Bernard J. Gaydos Sr. (trust), Gaydos Family Trust and Margaret A. Gaydos (trust) for $2,550,000.

This property last sold on June 5, 2007 for $875,000.

So far in October 2021, 37 properties sold in Keystone.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Bernard J. Gaydos has been registered to vote since 1986. Margaret A. Gaydos has been registered to vote since 1992.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
