On Jan. 22, M Ryan Homes LLC purchased a one bedroom, one bathroom home at 3504 W. San Juan St., Tampa from Hubert E. Garland (revocable trust) and Sharon Anne Garland Mineo (trust) for $341,000.

This home last sold for $27,500 on Aug. 26, 1981.

So far in January 2021, 400 properties sold in Tampa.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3504 W. San Juan St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jason Monroe Wofford, 47, and Toni Marie Wofford, 35.
