On Jan. 31, Eddy M. and Lisa A. Rivera purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2111 N. Halcyon Drive, Greater Sun Center from Helen L. Chinn Trust Dated November 8 2007 and Regina Rush (trustee) for $175,000.

This home last sold on July 22, 2004 for $105,900.

So far in January 2022, 13 properties sold in Greater Sun Center.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Helen Lilias Chinn has been registered to vote since 1988.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2111 N. Halcyon Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Helen Lilias Chinn, 92, and Arlie Franklin Carrier, 93.
