The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 10207 Brandy Hills Court, Town 'N.' Country was sold on Jan. 28 by Cristobal and Erica Esther Pelcastre for $287,000. The buyers were Soto Pedro Aguilar and Reine Yumari Sulay Rodriguez.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 8, 2005. It last sold for $125,000.

So far in January 2022, 47 properties sold in Town 'n' Country.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Erica Esther Pelcastre has been registered to vote since 1992. Cristobal Pelcastre has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 10207 Brandy Hills Court, Town 'N.' Country as of Oct. 10, 2020: Leah Esther Pelcastre, 22, Erica Esther Pelcastre, 47, and Cristobal Pelcastre, 51.
