On Jan. 31, Ahmed and Nancy Carmen Rodriguez and Nancy Carmen Rosario sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 706 E. 119th Ave., University to Keith A. Pucino for $199,900.

This home last sold for $6,500 on July 30, 2013.

So far in January 2022, 18 properties sold in University.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 706 E. 119th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Abraham Rosario, 26, and Marta Ivelisse Jimenez, 55.
