On Feb. 24, Del Sol Jose Luis Portela purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3104 River Cove Drive, Egypt Lake-Leto from Aroche Jose Ramon Pellicer for $385,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,306.23, 0.86% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 1, 2019 for $275,000.

So far in February 2022, 38 properties sold in Egypt Lake-Leto.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3104 River Cove Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mary Beth Peterson, 64, and Terry D. Wells, 52.
