So far in February 2022, 75 properties sold in Town 'n' Country.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Salvatore Peter Sardegna, 80, was the only registered voter residing at 5012 Troydale Road 1, Town 'N.' Country as of Oct. 10, 2020.
