April: Home prices in Greater Carrollwood increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Greater Carrollwood rose by $78,750 while total sales decreased by 12.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,250 - a 27.9 percent increase over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Greater Carrollwood in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Greater Carrollwood for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,274, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
